Prices are in pounds sterling. An order is accepted when payment is taken and Stripe emails your receipt. Every candle is made to order and dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. If we cannot make an item, for example when a scent is out of stock, we will refund it in full.

Candles are handmade, so small variations in colour and finish are normal and not a fault. Burn candles on a heat proof surface, away from draughts, children and pets, and never leave them unattended.

Consumer rights under UK law are not affected by anything here. Any dispute is governed by the law of England and Wales. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return items unused for a refund. Last updated October 2026.
